Throughout his professional career he's been able to identify high caliber talent and develop high functioning, performance driven teams.  Chris has a strong focus on Operations and Customer Support, coupled with Program/Project Management.  He also has extensive experience in Metropolitan, National and International telecommunication networks.

·         Led program that included 2-year effort to build a Data Center for the Department of Defense while managing senior level customer relationship and SLA’s.

·         Responsible for managing project and SIPRNet accreditation timeline as well as costs associated with project while leading and working with designers, engineers, electricians, inspectors & HVAC technicians

·         Liaison between Chief Engineer at primary site and sub-contractor at alternate site  - worked with Chief Engineer to ensure performance compliance of contract

·         Managed continuous upgrades of technology and security software as program has grown to 2.5 million users

·         Accountable for instruction and briefs regarding on-site SIPRNet capabilities and performance for VIP visitors

·         Reviewed and presented all procurements in order to oversee and reduce costs passed on to customer

·         Responsible for all data and physical security in a classified, open-storage-SECRET environment

·         Achieved a “Commendable’ rating (highest rating allowable for the size of data center) from Defense Security Service for 5 consecutive years

  • Provided software demonstration, installation/implementation, network design and operations support for rapid automated provisioning software for pre/post software sales support
  • Installed “Service Activator” product based on ORACLE platform to rapidly provision MPLS-VPN services and QoS on to a multi-vendor network 
  • Interfaced with prospects and clients as sales engineer to support proposal submission and client presentations to support business development
  • Managed client relationships from an operational standpoint at Tier-1 ISP and Telco Customers which included AT&T, Qwest, SBC and Verizon

  • Facility connections procured & managed over minimum capacity frame trunks (56/128k) available to the USMC at that time.

Wireless Radio & Data Communications

  • Daily operations as a Lan/Wan Terminal Security Officer.  Coordinated local/remote User & Group access, email, and training.
  • Selected to initiate function as primary scheduler/coordinator/operator/AT&T liaison for first functional VTC site in the Marine Corps. 
  • Project manager and team lead out of Quantico to set up complex VTC scheduling to more than 48 client sites throughout the U.S/Europe/Asia.
  • Appointed to design and perform local/remote VTC training for more than 50 personnel.
  • Utilized combination of voice/digital communications assets to give weapons support to American & Allied Special Operations forces.
  • Selected to be ground-mobile fire power Liaison Team Leader supporting 75th Ranger Regt, 82nd Airborne & British Royal Marines. (ANGLICO) 
  • Recipient of Soldier’s Medal & Purple Heart as a result of 1991 action in the Persian Gulf.
